Back to Buyer's Guide: A Gift for an Adult

Cuddly and comforting

This is the group that needs the least explaining. These teddies are for adults who want something soft to hold, and there are a great many of them: people living alone, people recovering from something, people who simply sleep better with a bear. There are more of them than anyone would guess.

Everything here is soft or very soft, chosen by feel rather than by looks. Sizes run from lap-sized to floor-sized, and the price follows the size.

If you are choosing for someone else, it is usually safer to err on the larger side. If you are choosing for yourself, you probably already know which one.
