Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you've received the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Finland: We offer free shipping within Finland for purchases of 50 euros and over. The regular shipping rate inside Finland is 5,90 €.

Sweden: We offer free shipping to Sweden for purchases of 2000 SEK and over. The regular shipping rate to Sweden is 150 SEK.

EU countries: We offer free shipping within EU countries for purchases of 250 euros and over. The regular shipping rate to EU countries is 29 €.

United Kingdom: We offer free shipping to United Kingdom for purchases of £350 and over. The regular shipping rate to United Kingdom is £45.

Other countries: We offer shipping to selected other countries for 59 € with free shipping purchases of 500 euros and over. Currently we ship to the following countries:

• Iceland
• Liechtenstein
• Norway
• Switzerland

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Helsinki shop at Merimiehenkatu 10. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within a few hours within the store's opening hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within a week (two weeks outside of Finland) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@littleteddyshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
