Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you've received the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

You can see our shipping rates here. Keep in mind that the final shipping price can vary by size and weight of the package. Final shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Deliveries by special arrangement

We deliver to some countries outside our regular shipping area, such as the United States, by special arrangement only. Send us an inquiry from the product page and we will reply by email. These parcels travel with UPS; shipping to the US costs around $70 for up to 4 small bears or a single larger one. UPS charges import duties, tariffs and taxes separately and invoices them before delivery. They are not included in our prices or the shipping cost.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Helsinki shop at Merimiehenkatu 10. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within a few hours within the store's opening hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within a week (two weeks outside of Finland) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@littleteddyshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
