Is "rarely comes back" right for all our brands?

Once a design has left the maker's range, it is usually no longer available to order, and it can only be found where it is still on the shelf. If you are looking for a particular teddy, ask us: if it is recent, we can check with the maker.

Each new collection replaces part of the previous one. The makers decide which designs stay and which leave, and a teddy that has left the range rarely comes back.

On a sold-out product page, the Ask us about availability link sends us your question. If the teddy is recent, we ask the maker whether any are left, and we email you either way.
