A travel companion

A travel companion is a teddy small enough to go everywhere, and not so precious that losing it in a hotel room is a disaster rather than a story. Everything here is 25 cm or under, which fits a coat pocket or the top of a rucksack.

They are bought for children starting nursery, for students, for people who fly a lot, and for anyone who wants a bear on the desk without it taking over the desk. Several of the smallest are keyring-sized, and a few are proper miniatures from Steiff that collectors also look for.

They also suit the places a bear is needed more than admitted: a desk drawer, a glovebox, a hospital bag.
