How do pre-orders work?

We receive only a limited number of some items, so we offer them through a queue. You join the queue on the item's own page, and when the item arrives, we email you a Pre-order turn: a time slot to choose and order yours.

Every item has its own queue, and each queue goes in the order people joined. Joining is free and doesn't commit you to buying: you pay only if you decide to order during your Pre-order turn.

In short

  • Join the queue on the item's page with your email, and confirm your place from the email we send you.
  • When a shipment arrives, we email you your Pre-order turn at least a day in advance.
  • During your Pre-order turn, open the link in the email and choose the items you'd like.
  • We email you a checkout link that takes you straight to checkout.
  • An item you don't order passes to the next person in its queue.
