This is Howie, a bear from the Steiff for Collectors collection, lovingly handcrafted by skilled teddy artisans in Germany.

He has curly beige mohair fur shaded with brown, and his dark gray paw pads peek out as he looks around with curiosity. Howie seems to belong on a display shelf, where those curls can be admired up close.

He is 26 cm tall and weighs a light 270 g. He feels hard in the hand, just right for displaying on a shelf. A collector's piece rather than a toy, not suitable for children under 14.
