Because of the uncertainty and changes in customs and tariffs, most carriers have stopped delivering to the US. We can still send your teddy with UPS, by arrangement.

• Shipping: around $70 with UPS. Up to four smaller teddies or a single bigger one can usually travel in the same parcel for that price. Naturally, the price of shipping is higher for bigger parcels.
• Customs and tariffs: UPS charges import duties, tariffs and taxes separately and invoices them before delivery. They are not included in our prices or in the shipping cost.
• Returns: our 30-day return policy does not apply to deliveries to the US.
• Once shipped: after we hand the parcel to UPS, it is in UPS's care, and we can't take responsibility for loss or damage on the way. If something happens, we'll take it up with UPS through our shipping partner Shipit and help you find out what went wrong.

How it works: send us an inquiry about the teddy you'd like. We'll reply by email, and if you want to go ahead, we'll send you a link to our checkout with your order ready in the cart. If you'd like time to pick more teddies for the same parcel, we can hold yours for a few days. Just mention it in your inquiry.
